1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered.

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@maisonelire.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner.

  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

  • maison elire reserves the right to deny returns in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of the return policy.
